About the role
As an in-store representative, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and helping them navigate our range of energy-efficient solutions. You’ll build strong relationships, provide tailored product advice, and support customers in finding the right solutions for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Facilitate Sales & Appointments: Assist customers with checkout and schedule in-home consultations for larger projects.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service.
- Report and Resolve: Communicate customers’ feedback and concerns to the management team to ensure swift resolution and high satisfaction levels.
What we’re looking for:
- People-First Mentality – You’re friendly, approachable, and love helping customers.
- Retail or Sales Experience – Experience in customer service (especially in retail) is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus!
- Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love hitting (and exceeding) goals.
- Excellent Communication Skills – You know how to listen, educate, and build trust with customers.
- Adaptable & Reliable – Flexible schedule availability and willingness to travel between store locations if needed.
