Available Roles We are currently hiring for multiple positions including:
- Maintenance Technician Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational uptime and efficiency. Work with advanced technologies and provide rapid response to equipment failures. This knowledge is gained through a College Technician or Technologist or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Design, Automation, Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 8-10 years relevant work experience with automated equipment.
- Mold Test Technician Ensure thorough qualification of customer molds and validate machine functionality. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to resolve issues before customer acceptance. This knowledge is gained through a College Technician or Technologist with mechanical, electrical, electronic diploma or equivalent with 1-3 Years of relevant work experience.
- Manufacturing Technician CNC Machinist Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling with precision. Ensure high-quality production while adhering to safety and maintenance protocols. This knowledge is gained through a High School Diploma or Equivalent with 4+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Manufacturing Support Technician (Polisher) Provide technical support across various manufacturing processes, assisting with machine setups, troubleshooting, and ensuring consistent product quality and process efficiency. This knowledge is gained through a High School/GED diploma or certified apprenticeship program with 1-2 Years of relevant work experience.
- Material Handler Responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials in and out of production areas. Ensure timely delivery of materials to the appropriate departments to support smooth manufacturing operations. This knowledge is gained through High school Diploma or equivalent with 1 - 3 Years in a manufacturing environment.
- Assembly Technician Assemble and install pre-fabricated parts and subassemblies, ensuring high-quality standards and meeting production goals. Use engineering drawings to guide assembly processes and perform quality checks. This knowledge is gained through High School and/or a post-secondary education in mechanics, hydraulics and/or electrical or certificate in related studies with 4 – 7 years relevant work experience in manufacturing.
