We have an excellent opportunity for a customer focused, detail oriented, highly organized, motivated self starter to play an important role within our Order Fulfilment Team supporting our customers and team. The Scheduling/Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible to ensure fluid coordination of all capital equipment sales from order stage to delivery, to installation, to final billing to support our French customers.

You thrive under pressure; pay attention to the details and have the ability to multi-task multiple orders at varying stages of the capital ordering process. You have perfected the art of communication, both written and verbal as these skills are vital in responding to various INNOVA stakeholders, both internal and external. You are able to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills that enables you to work efficiently and concisely creating a seamless experience for INNOVA’s customers and inside stakeholders. You take ownership for the work you do.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support high-end customer sales from order acceptance to final installation
  • Support all internal customers who are involved with the sale, installation and after sale process
  • Manage 40+ high-end sales simultaneously
  • Problem solve directly with internal and external customers in a professional, efficient and timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage orders determining the installation timeline based on inventory availability
  • Coordinate and manage orders determining the installation timeline based on resource availability to;
  • Coordinate and schedule the fulfilment of orders with Operations team
  • Coordinate and schedule the order installation directly with the customer
  • Coordinate and schedule the installation with internal Service Department
  • Work in accordance with the company’s mission, vision & values, health and safety policies and procedures and loss prevention
  • Perform other required and defined duties assigned by the department supervisor

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • College diploma or University degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years in related field
  • Experience with a distribution module in an ERP system
  • Work well under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills is a must
  • Ability to review/decipher/calculate inventory levels, allocations, and availability
  • Able to differentiate between independent decision making and escalation situations
  • Manage and balance workload independently in timely manner
  • Works well independently and in a team environment
