About the role

Administrative Services Manager OON – PCVRS- Lifemark Health Group Location: Remote As the Administrative Services Manager for the Out of Network (OON) Administrative Team you will look after onboarding external users to Lifemark IT systems.  This is an important part of Lifemark’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) that is delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada. The Administrative Manager for OON has a passion for developing a motivated, diverse and engaged team of Administrative Coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities Manage a small team of Administrative Coordinators working with our Out of Network (OON) providers. The Administrative Coordinators support service delivery as a central point of contact for the needs of OON providers delivering work for Participants. The duties of the team include:

  • Responding to email inquiries and answering telephone calls
  • Providing excellent customer service in addressing questions or concerns related to the process
  • Onboarding OON providers onto the Lifemark IT system for the purpose of claims processing
  • Follow-up on invoice inquiries
  • Completion of tracking and data spreadsheets on a daily basis
  • Provide administrative support as required

As the Administrative Manager, your duties would additionally include:

  • Provide leadership and belonging for your team members
  • Build team through hiring and training to meet work demands
  • Support and mentor new team members
  • Provide weekly reporting based on team tracking
  • Attend meetings with other Team Managers
  • Manage complaints and escalations

What You Bring

  • Minimum post-secondary certificate or diploma in Business Administration, Medical Office Administration or other relevant area
  • One (1)+ year(s) experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • High degree of organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong digital literacy including MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
  • Employment conditional on obtaining federal security clearance – Reliability Status
