ICCS is a North American BPO leader in customer care, collections, and support services. We’re looking for a Brand & Outreach Coordinator to help us shape the way we show up, share our story, and connect with the industries we serve.

What You’ll Do
- Create and schedule branded content (graphics, carousels, short videos) for ICCS and its executives
- Elevate the ICCS brand on LinkedIn and other platforms through proactive thought leadership
- Manage CRM outreach (HubSpot), follow-up on leads, and book intro meetings for our executive team
- Support company-wide visibility through team wins, client case studies, and event promotions
- Track results using analytics tools (Shield, Taplio) and refine campaigns based on what works
You’ll Succeed If You Have...
- Experience in B2B marketing, executive branding, or sales enablement
- A confident, clear writing style and visual eye for brand alignment
- An understanding of client-focused industries like BPO, utilities, finance, or service delivery
- Curiosity, discipline, and creativity—you know how to turn a message into momentum
