Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, spotting new opportunities, and taking initiative? Hardy Sales is hiring a full-time Sales Representative – Wholesale to manage a strong customer base and develop new business across British Columbia.
This is a growth-focused, hybrid field/office role. You’ll be based in our Langley office 3–4 days a week and spend 1–2 days traveling within BC to visit customers and explore new business opportunities.
This role is designed for someone with B2B experience (sales, account management, or business development) who wants to build a long-term career. After 1–2 years of success in this position, the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a trading role—participating in international purchasing decisions, importing full loads of commodity proteins, and managing wholesale sales across Canada.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts exceeding $4M in annual revenue
- Proactively develop new business through cold calls, in-person visits, and follow-ups
- Sell wholesale volumes tailored to diverse customer needs
- Learn the ins and outs of protein products—including cuts, sourcing, and supply cycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Own your territory, your results, and your customer relationships
This Role Is for Someone Who:
- Has B2B experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Is independent, entrepreneurial, and highly self-motivated
- Enjoys cold outreach, thrives on hitting goals, and doesn’t shy away from rejection
- Communicates clearly and confidently—both in-person and on the phone
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for weekly regional travel
- Wants to grow into a Trader role over time and be part of an international procurement and sales team
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent time management, follow-up, and problem-solving habits
- Curiosity to learn the food distribution industry
- A willingness to be in-office most of the week, with flexibility for travel
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $60,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
- Company cellphone
- Health spending account after three months (Extended medical)
- Office hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- In-office ~3–4 days/week in Langley, BC
- Regional travel 1–2 days/week (Lower Mainland + occasional Interior or Island trips)
