About the role

Canadian Home Healthcare is looking for a full time Customer service administrator in our Oxygen department to become a valued member of our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

The position will require the following but is not an exhaustive list of duties:

  • Data entry
  • Account receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Banking
  • Inventory reconciliations, inventory management
  • Account collections
  • Preparation of clerical accounting reports
  • Assisting internal auditors
  • Filing
  • Completion of client files
  • Phone reception and routing telephone calls
  • Reporting to administrators
  • Booking client appointments
  • Data entry of MOH approvals
  • Reconciling MOH reports
  • Training of future staff

Notes:

  • Benefits @ 50% Co-Pay

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

  • Customer service: 2 years (required)
