About the role

Founded in 1985, Cellcom Communications, an authorized Bell dealer, stands out for its leadership and strong growth. Cellcom Communications is not only about retail and business sales, but also about a large, dedicated, and passionate team!

We are currently looking for an organized and proactive Business Development Coordinator to support our team of Business Development Managers in Quebec and Ontario. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Corporate Sales, this role is key in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and commercial processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Pricing Requests: Obtain pricing from Bell for new acquisitions and renewals.
  • Contract Drafting and Implementation: Draft and implement contracts for sales, including Cellcom-specific amendments.
  • Sales Quality Control: Confirm terms and conditions with clients before submitting orders, ensuring an accurate and thorough process.
  • Preparation/Validation of Client Offers: Create PowerPoint presentations with pricing data, ensuring accuracy and a professional finish.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with the client base, organize semi-annual account reviews, prepare relevant analyses, and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Management of Internal Account Renewals (House Accounts): Analyze accounts, coordinate renewals with Bell and clients, and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Administrative Support: Follow up on files, respond to account managers' needs, and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative or commercial role, ideally in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
  • Experience in telecommunications (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude
