Executive Assistant

A career as an executive assistant in the commercial Banking team at National Bank means acting as an essential partner for the sector's Executive Vice President in carrying out various functions to help achieve business line objectives. This role allows you to make a positive impact through your administrative management and event coordination skills.
Your job
- Proactively manage and coordinate the calendar and emails and ensure the Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking and Private Banking (“Manager”)
- Assist the Manager with the administrative organisation of the unit (team meetings, one-on-one meetings, administrative follow-ups, various requests related to the proper functioning of the unit, etc.)
- Provide administrative and logistical support for all unit activities
- Coordinate administrative meetings requests with Executive team members and manage business travel for the manager and unit members.
- Contribute to various projects (sector-wide activities, etc.)
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices.

Prerequisites
- A completed 3-year professional or college diploma or equivalent academic background related to the field.
- Experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and various collaboration tools.
- Demonstrate proactivity, thoroughness, and professionalism in an agile environment.
- Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent priority management.
