Job Description
Nookal Support exists to guide our customers to success by providing access to the right information at the right time. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for solving customers questions and queries and assisting with customer on-boarding to provide an exceptional customer experience. You will deliver this via messaging, emails and outbound phone calls.
What Success looks like
As we’re a small team, you need to be proactive, customer-centric, and to take accountability for our customers experience. A self-starter and team player combo. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record in Allied Health or Customer Support and have a passion for understanding customer problems. The mission is to ensure all clients receive the best customer experience and understand the true value of Nookal for their business.
Role
- You will be responsible for engaging with customers and resolving their queries across multiple channels including messaging, email and phone;
- Assist in the facilitation of onboarding for new Nookal customers including providing training;
- Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen your knowledge base and proficiencies and share acquired skills with team members;
- Assist in the development of documentation.
Experience
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving;
- High attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Demonstrated strong customer relationship skills, an ability to engage with all levels;
- Experience in the allied health industry;
- Ability to be self-driven and self-sufficient working remotely;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Strong analytical skills.
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Nookal or other Practice Management Software;
- Experience in the Allied Health Industry and/or software support;
Canadian Eastern Time Zone preferable
