About the role
Excellent opportunity within the financial services industry. Looking for a results oriented financial services professional who is
interested in a long-term opportunity with a leading Private Wealth Management practice located in (enter city). Individual must
be well versed in financial planning and passionate about helping clients seek positive outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
• Leveraging existing client base to develop HNW referral opportunities
• Following up on new business opportunities
• Finding more opportunities to serve current clients
• Gathering data from clients to prepare plan/proposals
• Sitting second-chair in meetings with the Financial Consultant
• Helping Financial Consultant and team formulate recommendations for a client
• Building relationships with clients either independently or along with the Financial Consultant
• Generating new business opportunities through relationships with current clients and Centers of Influence
The appropriate candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• CFP designation or willing to obtain
• RR IIROC license and Insurance
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience (5 years preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Customer service orientation with a demonstrated ability to interact professionally with clients both through teams and face-to-face
In addition, the appropriate candidate will possess the following attributes and will be able to provide examples of how he or she
has demonstrated each:
• The ability to connect with, motivate and influence others
• Self-confident but highly coachable with a high level of integrity
• Demonstrated track record of helping clients achieve positive outcomes, and attracting referrals, introductions and new business
• Desire to work in a successful and dynamic practice where each team member may wear more than one hat
• Desire to learn and be mentored by others
