About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join and support Mr. Chow.

Duties

  • Quickbooks Data Entry
  • Excel Spreadsheet Entry
  • Coordinating Schedule with Staff (Vietnamese and Chinese Language is Preferred)
  • Print Labels, Cheques, Payroll
  • Overall Administrative/Payroll Position

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace).
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role preferred, especially within a medical office setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks
