Key Responsibilities

• Quote and book jobs based on client needs and scope
• Respond to inquiries, schedule work, and manage job flow
• Hire and coordinate skilled subcontractors as the business grows
• Perform handyman services yourself when required or profitable
• Build relationships with realtors, property managers, and local referral partners
• Market the business in your community, both online and in-person
• Ensure high standards of professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in quoting and completing home maintenance/repair jobs
• Strong marketing, sales, or customer relationship skills
• Reliable truck (trailer a plus) and tools for general handyman services
• Flexibility to perform a mix of admin, coordination, and physical work
• Ability to hire, manage, and mentor tradespeople
• Organized, dependable, and committed to delivering great service
• Liability insurance (or willingness to get it)
• Tech-capable (can use phone apps, email, digital calendars, etc.)

Earning Potential

Your income is tied directly to the profit you generate — with no upper limit.

Example Earnings:

If You Do 20+ Billable Hours of Work Yourself/Week

• Earn $60–$65/hour
• $5,000–$6,000/month

If You Manage 1–2 Subcontractors (30–40 hrs/week total)

• Add $1,500–$3,000/month in management profit share
• Total: $6,500–$9,000+/month

If You Scale to 3–4 Contractors

• Add $4,000–$7,000+/month in profit share
• Total with 20+ own hours: $9,000–$12,000+/month
