Our team operates with precision, urgency, and commitment—and we’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President directly in managing daily business operations, key sales activity, and internal priorities.
Position Overview
This role requires more than scheduling and admin support. The Executive Assistant (EA) is the right hand to the President, helping manage calendar flow, prepare reports, support business proposals, and track mission-critical tasks. You’ll need exceptional organizational skill, high adaptability, professional discretion, and the ability to write clearly and persuasively.

Key Responsibilities
Business Continuity & Workflow
- Act as the first point of contact for task delegation and follow-up
- Monitor and re-prioritize incoming requests based on urgency and deadlines
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, solving issues independently and escalating only when needed
- Use sound judgment to identify what needs the President’s time—and what doesn’t
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities
- Review and organize email communications, filtering routine inquiries and flagging urgent matters
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on action items
- Maintain a rolling task list with clear status and deadlines
Sales & Financial Reporting
- Compile weekly/monthly sales data, including win/loss analysis and pipeline activity
- Assist with quoting, order entry, or client correspondence to support sales functions
- Research and help coordinate participation in event or RFP opportunities
Project & Operations Support
- Support internal initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain organized digital files (SharePoint, Teams) and track cross-departmental action items
- Update CRM and ERP systems and ensure data accuracy
- Must be comfortable managing competing priorities—pausing one task to address a more urgent matter, then returning without losing focus
This role is not suited to individuals who prefer repetitive, predictable workflows or need a fully linear structure. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on variety and adapts naturally when plans shift.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
