Load Control is responsible for being the point of contact for customers and airport whether through email or phone. Keeps updated on all of the required information such as arrival times or tail numbers and coordinates with drivers and other departments internally to process customer requests.
Job Specific Requirements:
- Good Communication Skills
- Read, write and follow directions and airline specifications
Our Employees Must Be Able to:
- Work assigned schedule which may include multiple shifts, weekends and holidays
- Work Overtime when required
- Follow written specifications directions
- Good communication skills reading/ writing
- Complete paperwork
- Communicate with Supervisors and co-workers
- Follow directions
- Work as a member of a team
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Environmental Requirements:
- Works at a desk for duration of the shift
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to twenty-five(25) pounds
- Occasionally stands, bends, lifts and moves when other departments require help
Demonstrated Competencies to be Successful in the Position:

- Engaging - Understanding others, team leadership, developing people
