Overview
When it comes to Brewsters – our beer is our story, and our restaurants are the stage. For over 30 years, we’ve been refining the art of craft beer in Western Canada. And we’re just getting started.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a strong understanding of food preparation techniques. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals while adhering to food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a love for cooking and the ability to work collaboratively in a team, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, following food handling guidelines.
- Assist with meal preparation for special events and catering services as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- A passion for meal preparation and creating delicious dishes that delight customers.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
