We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Home Office team. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to take ownership of your work, this could be your perfect next step.

What You’ll Do:

You will manage and support the company’s accounts receivable function, helping ensure that our operations run smoothly across Canada and the U.S. You’ll work closely with branch Office managers and administrators, providing expert AR support while also handling a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing collections of delinquent accounts across all branches
  • Reviewing and reconciling financial reports (Money Monitor, direct deposits, returned items)
  • Processing direct deposit applications and credit card transactions
  • Handling Head Office deposits and maintaining petty cash
  • Preparing documentation for bankruptcies/receiverships
  • Reviewing weekly aged trial balances and sending monthly collection letters
  • Coordinating special billings and chain invoices
  • Assigning overdue accounts to collection agencies

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
  • High school diploma required
  • College diploma in accounting or a related field preferred
  • University degree is an asset but not required
