Insight Global is looking for a SAP Basis Lead to join a prominent utility company based out of British Columbia. This is a contract role and that is a hybrid work model based in Surrey BC. This role is responsible for the end-to-end functional and technical SAP Basis support, leading activities across Corrective Maintenance, Release and Enhancement Management, and system Upgrades. The position provides senior-level SAP Basis administration for ECC, CRM, BW, BOBJ, and NetWeaver components, including software installations, patching, performance tuning, and system refreshes. It supports ERP functional and technical teams in aligning SAP infrastructure with business strategies, ensuring system integrity, and optimizing performance. The role also includes troubleshooting, interface design, documentation, and integration of new implementations into existing SAP landscapes, while maintaining alignment with project timelines and infrastructure plans.
