Location: Calgary, AB
Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Organization: Accessible Housing
Are you passionate about helping others achieve independence and stability? Join our dedicated team as a Case Manager for our Bridge to Home program, supporting individuals living in the community through a strength-based, housing-first approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Support clients with goal setting, budgeting, advocacy, and community integration.
- Maintain a manageable caseload (11:1 ratio) to ensure personalized attention.
- Collaborate with landlords, agencies, and other case managers to identify housing and support options.
- Assist with applications for housing, treatment, and income supports (AISH, Alberta Works).
- Maintain accurate documentation using the HMIS database and contribute to program evaluations.
What You Bring:
- A diploma/degree in Human Services (or related field).
- 2+ years’ experience in case management or supporting vulnerable populations.
- Knowledge of the homeless-serving sector, mental health, and substance use.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and satisfactory criminal record check.
