Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional esthetic treatments and services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, with a focus on customer service and hospitality. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment while delivering high-quality services that enhance the overall client experience.

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, facials, body waxing, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, tinting, makeup application and more.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and tools in accordance with industry standards.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products suitable for their needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate services.
• Upsell additional services or products based on client needs and preferences.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in esthetics or related fields preferred; skills in hair styling are a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demos confidently.
• Experience in upselling services or products is advantageous.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
