Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on product performance across multiple brands using SQL and BI tools to drive data-informed decisions
- Leverage both business acumen and technical expertise to evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic recommendations for profitable growth
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on large datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and support initiatives to enhance customer retention and product profitability
- Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support business objectives, product launches, and operational improvements
- Support the preparation of performance reports and executive-level presentations for Senior Management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Growth & Analytics, Acquisition, Operations, Product, and Technology to drive initiatives forward
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation and data visualization processes
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business analytics, preferably in Fintech or a data-driven environment
- Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying complex relational databases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including functions/macros), Word, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
