Analysis and Process Optimization Through detailed analyses, you will identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and growth across the GTM functions. Your insights will drive continuous improvements in the administration of commissions and incentive programs while ensuring compliance with policies and controls. You will also focus on internal commissions process optimization, leveraging and implementing tools to automate processes, ensuring faster and more accurate calculations.
