Job Title: Loader/Screener Operator – Tailings Harvest

Job Type: Contract-4 Months
Wage: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: July 2025
Niiwin GP Inc is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Loader/Screener Operator to join our team for an upcoming tailings harvest project. The ideal candidate will have experience working in mining or heavy construction environments, with a strong focus on safety and productivity. This position plays a key role in maintaining site efficiency, environmental compliance, and operational productivity.
-Operate front-end loaders to move tailings material to and from screener units.
-Monitor and operate screener equipment to ensure consistent throughput and quality.
-Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance of machinery.
-Safely manage stockpiles and work areas.
-Communicate effectively with ground crews and supervisors.
-Maintain accurate production records and report equipment issues promptly.
-Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
-Minimum 2 years experience operating loaders and screening equipment in mining or construction settings.
-Knowledge of tailings handling and reclamation work is a strong asset.
-Valid operator certifications and tickets (e.g., WHMIS, CSTS, H2S Alive) are preferred.
-Strong attention to detail, safety-first mindset, and ability to work in a team.-Ability to work in remote locations and varying weather conditions
-Knowledge of tailings materials and safe handling procedures is an asset
-Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
