This is an excellent opportunity to work at a well established law firm as a senior level Labour and Employment lawyer on sophisticated files in a collegial setting and occupy an integral role in this practice.
A dynamic law firm is seeking a senior level Labour and Employment lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of strong pertinent experience representing employers in the public and private sectors at both the provincial and federal levels, providing advisory support to HR directors, attending hearings, dealing with disciplinary matters and grievances, among other tasks. This lawyer will play a key role in Labour and Employment matters.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
•Be a member of the Quebec Bar with a minimum of 7 years of strong Labour and Employment experience;
•Be able to work autonomously and collaborate with others when needed;
•Possess strong business acumen and client facing skills;
•Have solid interpersonal abilities and be able to handle competing priorities;
•Be perseverant and strive for excellence; and
•Be bilingual
