Duties
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify system improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective IT solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets specifications.
- Create detailed documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems or updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, or Python is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
