About the role

️ The Role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who’s passionate about building machines that solve real problems—whether it’s handling 1,200-pound livestock safely or delivering a flawless cut across rough acreage. If that sounds like you—and you genuinely give a sh*t about the people using what you build—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

This isn’t about doing things the way they’ve always been done. We’re designing better solutions for the rancher, the landscaper, and the acreage owner—and we need someone with grit, vision, and follow-through to turn that mission into machines that work harder, smarter, and longer.

What Drives You (And Us)

We build things with purpose, and we build them as a team. Our values are lived out loud:

  • Agile – You move fast, adapt faster, and believe progress beats perfection.

  • Fair – You listen first, lead with empathy, and think long-term—especially when it comes to customers.

  • Together – You don’t fly solo. You collaborate, problem-solve, and celebrate wins as a team.

  • Grit – You stick with the hard stuff. You troubleshoot, you rework, and you keep going until it’s right.

We call it having a “Give a Sh*t Factor”—and it’s non-negotiable. It means you care deeply about the work, the team, and the end user, whether they're sorting cattle or mowing grass.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take product designs from concept to completion in SolidWorks.
  • Drive customer-facing projects forward with speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Technicians to ensure designs align with real market needs.
  • Build products that are Designed for Manufacturing (DFM)—not just for show.
  • Provide support to our Client Care team for warranty issues and customer calls related to your designs.
  • Contribute to and improve our engineering standards and design processes.
  • Maintain a strong connection to the field—what you build needs to work where the work is done.
  • Own the outcome—whether it’s fixing an issue or celebrating a win, your fingerprints are on the product

Who We Are

  • We serve people who take pride in their work—on the farm, in the field, and everywhere in between.
Our goal? We make hard work easy and are building a household brand known for rugged, purpose-built, quality equipment.

  • This role is part of that mission—whether you’re engineering a new neck extender or refining the next evolution of our mowing platforms, you’re making outdoor work better.

  • Arrowquip has spent over 40 years building trusted equipment for ranchers, and we’re now bringing that same obsession for quality and usability into the Outdoor Power Equipment space.

Why Arrowquip?

  • We build machines with purpose, not just to fill a product catalog.

  • We listen—your ideas will shape real products used by real people.

  • We invest in people—we want you to grow, lead, and become part of something bigger.

  • We care about quality, customers, and each other—and we expect the same from you.

  • You’ll never be a cog in the machine here—you’ll help build the machine.

If you're ready to engineer meaningful products with a crew that genuinely gives a damn—about the work, the users, and each other—then we want to hear from you.

We’re not asking for perfection. We’re asking for commitment, creativity, and care.
