Aramark Canada is offering a reliable individual committed to providing exceptional customer service the opportunity to join the team at the Fredrics! Reporting to the Supervisor, the Lead Hand is responsible for leading the front-line team in providing an exceptional customer service experience!
Job Responsibilities
- Assures quality, courteous customer service is provided to all customers
- May be required to use grill, fryers, and ovens
- Food preparation, including merchandising of food stations, and food service
- Maintains continual cleaning and sanitizing of surrounding work area
- Stock shelves, refrigerators and prep stations
- Adhere to all Aramark and franchise policy and procedures
- May assist Supervisor in adjusting team schedule based on team outages
- May host team huddles to discuss safety briefs, events, and pertinent information
- May perform other job duties as required
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in food service industry required
- 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Skilled in effective communication both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Flexible; evening and weekend work may be required
