We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel & Global Mobility Coordinator to manage and streamline business travel arrangements for our global team. This role requires strong coordination skills, in-depth knowledge of travel logistics, and the ability to ensure seamless experiences for employees while balancing cost-efficiency and compliance with company policies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other logistics.
- Ensure all bookings are made with cost-efficiency, employee comfort, and safety in mind.
- Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency travel adjustments with minimal disruption.
- Support visa processes—obtain visas on behalf of traveler’s or assist in documentation.
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and external travel providers (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies).
- Leverage corporate rates, loyalty programs, and travel discounts to optimize cost savings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining internal travel policies and guidelines.
- Provide 24/7 emergency travel support as needed.
- Offer country-specific health and safety guidance, including emergency medical access.
- Support general administrative tasks as needed.
Who Are We Looking For:
- A self-starter who can manage multiple bookings across global time zones.
- Someone with a service-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and proactive communication.
- Able to stay composed and think clearly under pressure or when plans shift unexpectedly.
- Approaches challenges with a proactive mindset and a willingness to find solutions quickly.
What Will Help You Succeed:
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination or as a travel agent.
- Proficiency with global distribution systems (GDS), such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- Certification in Travel/Hospitality Management is an asset.
- Strong understanding of travel booking platforms, visa requirements, and international travel logistics
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems and communicate effectively.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Professional, discreet, and trusted to handle sensitive information responsibly.
