Position Description:
- Experience in testing FLC, following and creating test scripts to test corrections and upgrades to in-house developed systems.
- Expertise in tracking, extrapolating and interpreting application transactional data handling analysis using SQL Developer, TOAD, UNIX Scripting and Excel, with Data mining expertise to provide data templates for testing and transactional data error finding.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- MUST be able to work 2-3 days per week at client location - Barrie, Ontario.
- This candidate will handle normal pressure related to a high paced business environment with a rapid response approach, ensuring that fixes or solutions are properly implemented, maintained, and supported while keeping a high standard of customer support.
- Provide technical support to users.
- The right candidate will be a seasoned professional with expertise in remote desktop functionalities and basic Windows server management for performance optimization, service management, monitoring and troubleshooting on a critical client operation with exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration identifying critical issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Eligible candidates will hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field to the position and conduct research, analyze business operations and processes and documenting the related practices with focus in following stablished governance and standardization.
