Site Superintendent – ICI New Build (Ajax) $115,000–$140,000 + package Full-time | New Build Commercial Office Project (~$40M) Our client is a leading ICI construction management firm in the GTA, delivering complex commercial, institutional, industrial, and public-sector projects. Known for their collaborative approach, strong safety culture, and ability to operate in highly structured environments, they’re trusted across Ontario for technically challenging builds.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily on-site operations from structural to finishes
- Coordinate trades and consultants, maintaining schedule and quality targets
- Enforce health and safety protocols on a highly organized, professional site
- Ensure documentation and reporting are maintained through construction software tools
- Communicate proactively with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders
- Monitor site productivity and help resolve site-level challenges efficiently
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in ICI construction, ideally with new build commercial or institutional work
- Familiar with complex logistics, steel and concrete construction, and building envelope systems
- Strong documentation and digital proficiency (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
- Professional demeanor suited to structured work environments such as energy or public-sector sites
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Compensation
- $115K–$140K base salary depending on experience
- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle
