What You’ll Do
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule meaningful conversations
- Research and identify new opportunities using advanced tools and systems
- Collaborate with senior advisors on tailored strategies for retirement, tax, and wealth planning
- Contribute to business development and client service initiatives
- Participate in all aspects of client planning, from investment design to intergenerational wealth transfer
- Build a personal practice, supported by a team that wants you to succeed
Mentorship & Professional Growth
We believe in learning by doing—supported every step of the way. You’ll shadow top advisors, receive one-on-one coaching, and get hands-on experience. We’ll also support your licensing journey (CSC, CPH), ensuring you’re fully equipped to become an independent advisor when you’re ready.

- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience preferred
Compensation
Compensation for this role includes a commission component, reflecting the importance of results and client growth in your journey. We’re looking for candidates who are comfortable with a pay structure that rewards performance and initiative, with your earnings directly reflecting the value you create for clients and the firm.
