As a key member of our dealership, you'll be the bridge between our customers and service technicians, ensuring every guest receives timely, transparent, and professional service from the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional service by anticipating and exceeding customer expectations
- Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries
- Greet customers arriving for service and guide them through the appointment process
- Prepare accurate quotes and work orders for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Consult with technicians to determine repair needs and communicate clearly with customers
- Provide updates and maintain ongoing communication with clients about repair progress
- Advise customers on OEM and aftermarket parts options, as well as warranty coverage and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with the parts department for availability and future scheduling
- Finalize and review repair orders with clients once service is completed
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or sales in the automotive industry
- Strong mechanical understanding or interest in how vehicles work
- A professional, customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict, negotiate effectively, and resolve issues diplomatically
- Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with dealership software systems (e.g., PBS, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A trustworthy, collaborative team player with high integrity

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
