About The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Commercial Services, you will join and be an integral part of the Commercial Banking team at our Winnipeg office. As a Commercial Banking Service Officer, you will provide extensive administrative support on Commercial Credit. You will provide administration support by obtaining customer information, follow up on customer issues, open commercial bank accounts, and process wire payments. The CBSO is a link between the commercial and operations teams. This is a full-time permanent opportunity.

About You

You are a highly motivated individual who is passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills. You are highly adaptable, professional and efficient and enjoys working with others!

You Must Have:

  • a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, post-secondary education in business and/or previous banking experience would be an asset
  • experience related to business lending administration,
  • high proficiency with software programs (Excel and MS Word)
  • ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize work routine
  • a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter attitude who takes an outgoing and enthusiastic approach to their work
  • ability to adjust to changing work priorities and meet time sensitive deadlines
  • highly adaptable, professional and efficient
  • acceptable criminal record and credit checks
