Position Summary...
This role manages successful vendor/advertiser relationships by understanding clients’ businesses, managing expectations, and ensuring campaign strategies meet client needs.
What you'll do...
This role demonstrates expertise in developing, executing, and improving action plans. By providing expert advice and guidance, the role supports efforts to meet customer and business needs, building commitment to perspectives and rationales. It may also design and implement various customer-facing sales, servicing, and experience-enhancing tests, tracking key metrics and evolving features to improve customer engagement.
The role provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and carrying out necessary processes. It monitors progress and results, recognizes and capitalizes on improvement opportunities, and adapts to competing demands and organizational changes.
This role develops, implements, iterates, and maintains VIP customer strategies, defining VIP customers, training agents, and prioritizing requests. It uses qualitative customer feedback and quantitative metrics to adjust future strategies. Additionally, it assists in identifying tools and processes to optimize business development and agent management, recommending changes to improve efficiency.
The role builds and executes plans for reducing attrition by collaborating with marketing to identify issues, recognizing patterns that inform business decisions, developing reports, and suggesting improvements to dashboards and metrics.
Qualifications

Experience working with large-scale retailers or directly within a retail organization is highly desirable.

Strong experience interfacing with buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams.

Ability to understand and anticipate buyer needs, present persuasive business cases, and influence assortment decisions.

Skilled in nurturing long-term partnerships, resolving conflicts, and driving customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with retail planning cycles, in-store execution, planogram optimization, and seasonality impacts.

Knowledge of retail KPIs, including sales, margin, turns, inventory health, and sell-through.

Comfortable working with cross-functional partners

Ability to analyze and interpret data to make data-driven merchandising decisions.

Proven ability to influence

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
