We’re seeking a dynamic leader to strategically allocate resources and develop a high-performing Executive Coordinator (EC) team. You’ll ensure that ECs have the skills and abilities needed to provide administrative support to senior leaders and divisions so they can meet their objectives, priorities and strategic deliverables. You’ll also create and implement standardized processes to maintain consistency and efficiency in the coordinators' tasks and responsibilities. Your leadership will ensure that ECs are equipped with the capabilities and tools required to provide high-quality, consistent administrative support across the organization.
This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

- Lead executive coordinators by setting clear goals and objectives, ensuring they’re aligned with FCC’s strategic direction
- Simplify and optimize routine tasks to enhance service quality and overall efficiency
- Coach and mentor team members, creating a high-performance, collaborative environment that fosters growth
- Drive innovation by encouraging continuous improvement and leveraging a wide range of talents and skills to redesign work processes

What you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration and at least five years of progressive experience solving business challenges at an enterprise level (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong knowledge of FCC’s business strategy, corporate objectives and priorities, divisional functions and business processes
- Business acumen, curiosity and emotional intelligence
- Comfort working in ambiguous business situations and adaptability to a fluid and ever-changing work environment
- Ability to handle complex, unique and sensitive situations
