Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Crew Members to join our team. You will play an essential role in executing landscaping projects, maintaining properties, and contributing to our mission of transforming outdoor spaces into works of art.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including operating equipment, planting, spreading topsoil, mulching, and sodding.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist with the installation of hardscapes, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from vehicles.
- Follow instructions from the crew leader and work collaboratively with team members.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive with a trailer would be an asset
- Class 3 Drivers license and air brake would be an asset
- Skid steer operating experience will be an asset

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
