Job Description

To perform all leasing and administrative office duties for high-rise apartment building. The position is responsible for all leasing tasks assigned by the Property Manager. These tasks include:

Lead generation and follow up on inquiries, inspecting apartments for readiness and marketability, schedule & conduct showings of apartments, gather documentation and consent for applications, prepare lease documentation for prospective tenants, prepare the welcome packages, plan for unit maintenance and turnover. Coordinate move ins, move out & transfers. Ensure all executed lease files are accurate, complete, and entered into the property management system.

Provides weekly updates to the PM. Exude a positive and professional relationship with all residents and promotes a harmonious community experience. Perform comparative market analysis on competing properties. Manage resident complaints and provides feedback and recommendations to the PM to improve operations and the overall resident experience.

Establish work priorities, Ensure deadlines are met, Ensure procedures are followed, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies and forms.

Qualifications/Experience

Preference will be given to those with leasing and property management experience. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. Ability to work with a diverse group of people and interests while being culturally aware. Must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail. Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication. Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills. Knowledge of MS Office, and property management software (Rent Café & Yardi). Past sales experience to be considered an asset.

Pay: $43,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
