About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA) with a strong background in project administration to support the Business Technology Program. This role involves delivering small to medium-sized projects and working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality, secure, and user-focused IT solutions.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
- PMP, CBAP, and Agile certifications (copies must be provided)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis and IT project delivery
- Strong expertise in:
- End-to-end requirements management
- Workshop and presentation facilitation
- Business process modeling
- Azure DevOps
- Project administration
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of user-cantered design, Agile delivery, and business architecture principles
- Experience with:
- Vendor management and procurement activities (RFPs)
- Coordination with external partners
- Implementation of highly secure IT solutions
