We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Business Analyst to join our team in Saskatoon! In this role, you’ll work closely with different stakeholders to align business needs with technology solutions, improve processes, and support strategic planning. This position is temporary and is expected to last approximately 12 months .

The opportunity:

  • Act as the key liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment on priorities and solutions.
  • Analyze and document current and future-state business processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support solution design and implementation.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, project intake, and roadmap development.
  • Support project delivery and change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement and user acceptance testing (UAT).

You have:

  • Degree or diploma in finance, accounting, IT, or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience providing business solutions through business process improvements and requirements analysis.
  • Exposure to financial and/or accounting systems and processes is considered an asset.
  • Project management experience is considered an asset.

You bring:

  • Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship development skills, including conflict-resolution and win-win problem-solving.
  • Ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications in technical and user-friendly language.
