Crafted Highlights**:**

In the role of Translation Associate based in Montreal, you will support the Communications team by managing English to French translation projects. This includes ensuring compliance with Bill 96, maintaining bilingual messaging, and coordinating with external vendors.

This position reports to the Communications Manager and works closely with teams across North America.

What You’ll Be Brewing:

  • You deliver accurate, nuanced translations that preserve the original message and tone.
  • You manage translation requests across the organization, prioritizing based on business needs.
  • You streamline translation workflows with a focus on reducing reliance on external vendors.
  • You partner with IT to explore and evaluate AI-driven translation tools.
  • You audit internal communications regularly to ensure alignment with Bill 96 requirements.
  • You build and maintain a translation database that reflects cultural tone and industry-specific language.
  • You keep the French version of the internal SharePoint site up to date and aligned with the English version.
  • You support broader Communications initiatives as needed, contributing where your skills add value.

Key Ingredients:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in translation OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in the field of translation.

  • You have at least 3 to 5 years experience in translations.

  • You communicate fluently in English and French, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

  • You bring strong writing and copyediting skills, with a sharp eye for grammar, spelling and punctuation.

  • You think strategically – meeting role expectations while spotting opportunities to improve how things are done.

  • You collaborate effectively across teams and know how to prioritize work based on business needs and Bill 96 compliance.

  • You’re a self-starter, willing to bring new ideas and processes to the table and successfully execute them.

  • You’re familiar with computer-assisted translation tools and open to exploring new technologies.

  • You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office tools to support your day-to-day work.

  • You take initiative, contribute as a team player, and step in where support is needed most.

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $55,900.00 - $73,400.00 (posting salary range) + 9% target short term incentive + $11,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
