The Grande Lagoon (formerly Lagoon City Marina) is a newly revitalized marina under fresh ownership and management. Located on Lake Simcoe in Brechin, Ontario, we are committed to maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our boating guests. We’re looking for detail-oriented and reliable Cleaners to help keep our facilities sparkling all season long.
Job Description:
As a Cleaner at The Grande Lagoon, you will play a vital role in ensuring our washrooms, showers, office areas, and public spaces are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times. You’ll work independently or as part of a small team to maintain high standards of cleanliness across the marina grounds.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize washrooms, showers, and laundry areas regularly

Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)

Sweep and mop floors, empty garbage bins, wipe down surfaces
-
Clean outdoor furniture, walkways, and common areas

Monitor cleanliness standards throughout the day and report any issues

Support the marina team with light facility cleaning tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred, but not required

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Able to work independently and manage time efficiently

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various conditions

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
