About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you’ll take the reins of day-to-day operations, guiding a team and overseeing inventory control, freight logistics, client communication, and facility coordination. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a solid background in warehouse operations, and a passion for getting things done right — and safely.
You’ll be the go-to person on-site, trusted to keep the operation running smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing the daily operations of a large indoor/outdoor warehouse space
* Leading, training, and supporting a warehouse team to meet performance targets
* Coordinating freight movements including container stuffing/destuffing, palletizing, shrink-wrapping, and cross-docking
* Overseeing inventory tracking and control, ensuring accurate reporting
* Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and security protocols
* Working with the leadership team to implement new systems and improve processes
* Collaborating with transportation providers and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Making sure the warehouse environment stays organized, clean, and fully operational
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
* Experience managing both indoor and yard (outdoor) operations is a major plus
* Strong leadership and communication skills — someone who can motivate a team
* Hands-on experience with inventory systems, container handling, and freight coordination
* Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of 3PL/4PL operations and dangerous goods storage an asset
* High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail

My client is open to candidates at all levels so the Salary range is very flexible and will be in line with Market Standards.
