The challenges that await you
Under the authority of your immediate supervisor, you are responsible for participating in the design, installation, configuration, administration, and optimization of IT systems to ensure the availability and performance of various business application deliveries within the IT service center activities.
In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for coordinating operational activities to implement service migrations and the deployment of technological solutions. You validate the development of various solutions and ensure quality assurance, in accordance with business client requirements and City processes.
Among other tasks, you will be called upon to:
- Ensure monitoring, maintenance, and updating of servers and infrastructure to ensure adequate performance and optimal evolution.
- Provide second-level support and manage events, backups, resolve incidents and operational requests by analyzing impacts.
- Manage infrastructure according to architectural guidelines for technical implementation (management of Active Directory and its GPO components, DNS, DHCP).
- Participate in technological deliverables for infrastructure or business projects (integration, configuration, and production deployment of IT systems).
The ideal profile for us
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or any other relevant bachelor's degree for the position;
- Have 4 years of relevant experience in server administration or IT infrastructure integration;
- Technological knowledge:
- Windows Server 2016 and later versions
- Active Directory
- GPO
- DNS
- Exchange and SharePoint 2013 and later versions
- Powershell
- Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Linux Redhat.
