About the role

Description The Account Manager works with Account Leads to develop and execute the strategic vision for retail partners such as Sephora, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Rennai to drive sales growth and profitability.

You will be the brand's supporting point of contact for the retailer, communicating and coordinating retailer needs, working most closely with Retailer.com, Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing.

You will bring you outstanding relationship management skills and support all areas of the business with the retailer, ensuring flawless operations in stores and online.

⁃ Analyze weekly sales, identifying trends and programming opportunities, recap all promotions to inform future programming

⁃ Complete all new launch setup and 360⁃degree activation planning, manage and update the brand plan

⁃ Execute seasonal programming, including secondary placements and promotions

⁃ Manage assortment and initiate all regular visual merchandising updates, run productivity analysis

⁃ Manage field team communications and coordinate education efforts

⁃ Brief and manage traffic for all print advertising and digital marketing creative

⁃ Program GWPs and sampling to drive new member acquisition and return to brand

Qualifications ⁃ Bachelor's degree required.

⁃ 5+ years related experience, preferably in Beauty or Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Retail

⁃ Strategic, focuses on the issues driving material differences in the business

⁃ Flexible and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

⁃ Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, able to analyze sales and programming effectiveness

⁃ Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate

⁃ Engaging presentation skills and clear and concise communication ability

⁃ Proficient in all MS programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
