Scope:
The Customer Service Representative is a front-line position responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through prompt, professional, and empathetic service. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving routine issues, and collaborating with internal teams to address more complex concerns. Representatives are expected to communicate clearly, maintain detailed records, and follow company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone by answering questions, offering product or service information, creating accounts, and documenting complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken by the Route Manager.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues by assisting with invoicing, billing, payment processing, document management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support scheduling, coordination, and effective communication across teams.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

· Work is performed in a typical office environment with regular use of computers and related systems for data entry, task coordination, and information processing.
