ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Working Shop Foremanto join our team at Infiniti North Calgary. The successful candidate is someonewho is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and support a team of automotive service technicians.

Perform hands-on diagnostics and repairs as required.
-
Oversee quality control processes to ensure all service work meets Infiniti and manufacturer standards.

Assign repair orders and manage shop workflow for maximum productivity.

Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to apprentices and journeyman technicians.

Assist service advisors with technical questions and ensure accurate repair estimates.
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with the service manager, parts department, and customers when necessary.

Stay current with new technologies and manufacturer training programs.
ABOUT YOU
-
Red Seal Certified Journeyman Technician
-
Familiarity with Infiniti/Nissan diagnostic tools and systems is an asset but not required
-
3-5 years of experience in a leadership or foreman role is considered an asset
-
You have a valid Driver’s license and provide a clean Driver’s Abstract.
-
Ability to carefully and safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
-
Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools and equipment.
-
You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.
