Are you enthusiastic about transforming data into meaningful insights? We’re seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven business decisions. In this role, you'll analyze CRM, Merchandizing, End Customer, and Marketing data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations. Your insights and reporting on key metrics will play a vital role in assessing the effectiveness of our business initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with the Merchandizing, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring seamless communication and implementation of strategic changes.

What you will be responsible for:
- Engage in data discovery and exploratory analysis to support business leaders in making tactical decisions through reporting and ad hoc projects.
- Collect, analyze and report on data to meet business needs.
- Be accountable in measuring and assessing results and suggesting alternative actions to correct or improve the outcome of the strategy.
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations on data to provide insights to senior management and business leaders in support of decision-making efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues and contribute to strategic projects by analyzing data and presenting insights or outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Business, Statistics, or relevant cumulative experience.
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Data analyst.
- Strong working knowledge of cleaning and compiling large sets of data, data mining, creating reports.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze and disseminate complex data.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Power Query and Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced Python skills.
- Intermediate level SQL.
- Adept at queries, reporting, summarizing and presenting findings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate analytic results in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Quick learner, passionate about continuous learning and improvement, consistently seeking ways to streamline and automate their tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Analytics.
