Finance and Operations Coordinator
Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid – In Office/WFH)
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

We’re seeking a Finance and Operations Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. This hybrid role blends core accounting responsibilities with office operations and cross-functional support. You’ll work closely with leadership and a collaborative team of about 15 professionals across finance, sales, marketing, QA, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounting
- Manage AR/AP, daily transactions, and reconciliations
- Support internal controls, inventory reporting, and vendor relations
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and process improvements
Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and analyze sales data for forecasting
- Maintain CRM data (Pipedrive) and trade show lead insights
Office Operations
- Oversee day-to-day office functions and team support
- Coordinate onboarding and IT orientation for new hires
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of finance/accounting experience (AR/AP required)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP and CRM systems (Pipedrive a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
- Experience with multi-currency transactions is an asset
