Your role Are you detail oriented and able to thrive in a time line driven environment? Do you enjoy learning and working in a small team environment?
As an Operations Specialist, you will:
- support day-to-day Operations activities across all desks
- perform all types of reconciliation and actively review and remediate data
- own daily, monthly, and quarterly controls and escalate breaks and identified gaps to team manager
- enhance existing tools and work closely with IT to ensure that all existing reports remain up to date
- document and regularly maintain Operations policies and procedures for Audit and training purposes
Your team You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Operations team in Toronto. We are a small, hands-on team of 12 professionals. We drive the organization forward by working with purpose and passion. Put the client experience at the center of what we do. Connect across the organization, work in new ways, deliver high quality services and engage in meaningful work, and support Digital Transformation through the re-imagining of how we work, and how we bring our services to UBS's clients.
