Fuss Cupcakes is seeking an individual for our Northside location that is motivated, prepared and enthusiastic about their position. Individual is expected to be committed to consistent and exceptional customer care and service to our customers. Successful candidates will be required to do various activities to maintain and run the store.

Job Duties

• Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the store, organized, and clean to health and safety standards and Fuss Cupcakes policies

• Coordinating orders between all locations

• Customer care and service capabilities as they will be working closely with customers, event coordinators and charity leaders.

• Informative and knowledgeable of all products and able to relay menu items off of memory

• effectively communicate details of a customer’s orders and relaying to production team and co-workers.

• Working in a team environment as well as an individual in specific tasks. Proactive in assisting other co-workers, store locations and company as a whole.

• Assist baker with any small tasks.

Job Requirements:
